Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET) is the second oldest University for the study of Engineering in Bangladesh and is the center of excellence of North Bengal. RUET is located at 3 km East of Rajshahi City center and about 250 km from Capital Dhaka. Rajshahi City is situated on bank of The River Padma and is well connected by air, train and road. Rajshahi is flourished with culture, heritage and nature with a lots of sight-seeing places. It is famous for silk industries and for the production of world best quality mangoes. The temperature and humidity are 25°-28°C and 45-50% respectively in the month of September.
